Hello world!!! Just a little something about me. My health-fitness goal is to tone up my 5'1 , 115lb frame. I really want to grow stronger in my core, and tone up my legs and midsection. I'm an ecto-pear .
Two years ago, I lost a lot of weight and toned up really well, and I'd like to get back into that shape. I know what it takes to get there (a lot of DISCIPLINE and DEDICATION) and found Traineo to be a fun addition to my work out and diet addiction.

Due to my heavy work schedule, however, I'm only able to actually go the gym 3 x a week. I attempt to do the rest of the work outs at home.
I'm pretty good about my diet, although stress-eating gets the best of me. I try to keep my calories under 1300.
